

The Food Safety and Quality Center (FSQC) has urged influencers, content creators, social media activists, as well as companies, institutions, advertising agencies, and food distributors, to obtain prior approval from the Center before advertising or promoting any food product through social media platforms or any other media outlet.
The center said that the decision is in accordance with the provisions of the Food Safety Law and Ministerial Resolution 69/2024 concerning the registration, advertising, or promotion of food products.
The Center emphasized that legal action will be taken against anyone who violates the provisions stipulated in the applicable laws and resolutions.
